  • So well organized and run, such great individual and group attention to the kiddos. Nothing but 100% from me, and this is my third kiddo and fourth pre-school overall. I can't wait for mine to get to preK and have a real preK experience vs the last one for my middle child, which didn't prepare him at all. I'm always impressed at what I see going on in every room, and I was a teacher for 20+ years.

  • We absolutely love the teachers and programs here! All of the teachers are wonderful human beings, who truly love working with children. The level of professionalism and kindness exceeded our expectations. We are also very impressed with the educational curriculum and child development programs. I have three children, who are enrolled in the infant room, young toddler room and older toddler room. Our children have been enrolled here since the Mars location opened. The facility is brand new, very clean, and gorgeous (if you take a tour, the facility really does speak for itself). My children are very excited to go there everyday (which makes drop off a breeze). We are provided pictures of our children through the app. Ms. Beth has several programs for the children to participate in. This year alone, our kids had visits from the Aviary, Creative Melodies, the Librarian, soccer shots, and the Magic Gym Bus. The infant room provides and launders the crib sheets in the infant room sheets (so it’s one less thing to worry about when packing your children up for school). Also, breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are also provided by the school, which again, is another thing you do not have to worry about in the morning. We highly recommend.

  • Although the school itself and teachers are nice I unfortunately don’t recommend this school if your child had Autism, SPD (sensory processing disorder) or anything along those lines! At least the 2 year old room which my son was in! I admit my son was a biter, but it could all have been prevented if the 2 year old teachers would have listened to myself and my sons therapist! We put a request and a safety plan that the therapist wrote up to them to help my son when he would become worked up! Instead of preventing it they wouldn’t do anything. And the day they found out my son had SPD and possibly autism was the day he was kicked out! So all in all i wouldn’t recommend this school to my worst enemy if their child has any type of disorder! 💔

Is Little Appleseed Learning Center a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. Little Appleseed Learning Center holds Pennsylvania certificate 103020117-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Butler County. The current certificate runs to January 7, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is Little Appleseed Learning Center's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates Little Appleseed Learning Center STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on March 18, 2022. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against Little Appleseed Learning Center?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against Little Appleseed Learning Center at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does Little Appleseed Learning Center accept child care subsidy?

Yes. Little Appleseed Learning Center holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 3.

Does this page show inspection results for Little Appleseed Learning Center?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects Little Appleseed Learning Center's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
