If you are looking for childcare, I strongly recommend asking very detailed questions about this daycare’s policies, communication, and discipline process before enrolling. My daughter attended this daycare for three years. The first year went well, and many of the teachers were kind and genuinely cared for the children. Unfortunately, as the center grew, the environment began to feel less focused on the children’s individual needs and more like a business transaction. Policies changed with little flexibility, leaving families feeling like they had to either comply or find new care. Communication also became inconsistent. After concerns arose, we asked about bringing in outside support, but we were discouraged from doing so. A plan was put in place and communication improved briefly, but eventually messages went unanswered and the same issues continued. I also felt that discipline policies were not applied equally to every child, and some situations seemed exaggerated rather than handled with support and understanding. Ultimately, we decided to move our daughter to another facility, where we feel much more heard, supported, and treated like family. The teachers themselves deserve credit for the work they do, but in my opinion, the leadership and communication at this daycare need serious improvement.

Absolutely love this daycare, everyone there is so good with the kids and its nice to know they truly are in good hands. I would recommend this daycare to everyone!

My child has been attending this daycare for a little over a year now. And we both love it so much. The daycare providers go above and beyond to keep the little ones safe and cared for. I was so hesitant to take my baby to a daycare. Since you don’t know who is caring for your child. And Little Owls has been the best thing that happens to our family. I am proud to say that my second child will be attending here as well. So much love for all the employees there.

Best daycare ever! They actually work with your children to teach them and develop skills. My son has made giant leaps in his development since starting here a little over a year ago. All of the staff are phenomenal. And my 9 year old begs to come here with her little brother for summer care! Love that I can leave my kids here and have no doubts that they are being taken care of properly.
