My 4 year old has had a good experience at this school so I thought enrolling my 5 month old would be a great idea. Little did I know the staff on the infant side would be completely different. I had written out instructions when my 5 month old first started that he was supposed to drink 4 ounces of milk every 4 hours doctor recommended I come in one day to find out my son was being fed 8 ounces of milk every four hours and throwing up constantly when I addressed the matter the staff said “i didn’t know” even though I had specific written out instructions for his feeding. I also started noticing that he was coming home with other kids, clothing, and wearing other diapers that I did not send in. In addition to that at pick up, his diaper would be completely full as if he’s been sitting in it all day he constantly gets diaper rashes, even though I sent butt cream to be put on him after every diaper. I brought this to the attention of who I was told was the administrator and no change. The cherry on top though was a day where my baby fell because he is learning to stand up and explore and he got a scratch on his nose. We told the school what happened and the next day we receive a phone call being told that The administrator was going to get CPS involved. When I was told her name Was Robin Robinson I immediately questioned who that was being thatI had never heard of her even after over a year of going to parent meetings I have never seen her or heard of her. For someone who I have never met, who has never met my children to immediately Attempt to call CPS with no conversation had prior Is disgusting. Even the person I spoke with on the phone did not agree with the way this was handled and the extent that she was taking it to. After speaking with her on the phone, she let me know It is not her job to have a conversation or to get to know any of us That any bump or bruise at any child comes in with they immediately called CPS without warning. She repeated that this was in their handbook. SO THIS IS A WARNING IF YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO PUT YOUR CHILDREN IN THE SCHOOL, PLEASE BE BEWARE THAT ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT CORRECT THEIR OWN CLASSROOM ISSUES THEY WILL QUICKLY CALL CPS ON YOU FOR A CHILD BEING A CHILD.

Diane Rad.Mar 28, 2026When I first started at Methodist Services it was ok, but a little Rocky. Hoooowever! When God fashioned me with Sudhir!!!! Baaaaaaby he was nothing short of immaculate! Within the week of working with him, I found my home! No problem! Thank you MS for helping me get my children back essentially, but thank you Sudhir for being so polite, professional, and diligent in your work.
Andrea SpradleyJan 20, 2024My child has attended level one and level two preschool/pre-k. While I’ve never been inside the classrooms due to COVID policies, I can attest that the teachers are attentive, and it is a safe and nurturing environment for children. The children are taught to be kind and independence is encouraged. Can’t say enough about this place!
Ashley RossJan 9, 2022They cut my sons hair without consent, then lied about it saying it never happened under their care. However, we have hard evidence that it definitely did. This is a terrible establishment- the staff are liars including upper management. Who did NOTHING to compensate for what they did to my child. How dare you. Not to mention that was his first haircut. If you were going to cut his hair, you could’ve atleast saved us a few pieces. TRASH.
Mercedes RolonMay 4, 2019They cut kids hair without parents consent and then lie when you confront them. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERE. If I can’t trust my daycare to not cut my child’s hair, how to I trust them to do literally anything else?

Questions parents ask about METHODIST SERVICES
Is METHODIST SERVICES a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. METHODIST SERVICES holds Pennsylvania certificate 101950706-0003, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to October 9, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is METHODIST SERVICES's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates METHODIST SERVICES STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on February 21, 2026. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against METHODIST SERVICES?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against METHODIST SERVICES at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does METHODIST SERVICES accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. METHODIST SERVICES holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for METHODIST SERVICES?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects METHODIST SERVICES's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
