  • We've had such a positive experience with New Horizon! From day one, the staff made our family feel welcome and cared for. The teachers are nurturing, patient, and clearly love what they do. Our child looks forward to going every morning, which speaks volumes. The curriculum strikes a great balance between structured learning and play, helping to build both academic and social skills. We've seen incredible growth in our child’s communication, confidence, and independence. They also keep parents well-informed with regular updates, photos. The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully organized, with lots of engaging activities and learning centers. We especially appreciate the focus on emotional development and kindness, which has helped our child thrive socially. We feel truly lucky to have found this daycare—it’s more than just a place to drop off our child; it’s a community. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a loving, enriching environment for their little one.

  • Me and my sister had been going there since we were both learning how to walk there’s not a day that goes by where we don’t think about our memories and friends we made while we were there

  • Green Works is a great place to send your child (children) for an education mixed with loving care. Kathy A, the director, and Kathy T, the head teacher, have created an environment that feels like one big happy family where everyone learns from each other. Green Works offers flexible scheduling and is conveniently opened when the school districts are closed. Your children will benefit academically, socially, and emotionally by attending Green Works. I was briefly employed there, so I have the inside scoop. Here, Ms Kathy explains and demonstrates the popcorn-making process. The children enjoy watching, smelling, and hearing the popping corn. They love eating it.

Is NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds Pennsylvania certificate 103849997-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Bucks County. The current certificate runs to January 28, 2027. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on December 4, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 16.

Does this page show inspection results for NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects NEW HORIZON EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
