Both of my children attend CHBC, and we’ve been part of the school community since 2022. Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. We absolutely adore the teachers, staff, and the other families we’ve met along the way. The teachers are warm, kind, and genuinely caring. They create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. It’s clear that they care deeply about each student and take the time to understand their individual needs and personalities. One of the things we value most about CHBC is the strong sense of community. The school hosts many events throughout the year that bring families together and help build meaningful connections. It truly feels like more than just a preschool — it feels like a family. Academically, the teachers do an excellent job of challenging the students in age-appropriate ways while keeping learning engaging and fun. We have seen tremendous growth in both of our children, not only academically but socially and emotionally as well. We are so grateful to be part of such a special school community and highly recommend CHBC to any family looking for a loving and enriching preschool experience.
Katelyn FrainMar 4, 2026We joined Children's House of Bucks County in 2021 when my son was 2.5 and he is now in first grade. My daughter is attending currently. This school has been a blessing. It set my son up for success not only in his academic learning but also for general social interactions. The teachers are caring and it is an amazing Community. You will get to know everybody either at drop off/pick up or at one of the events. Absolutely couldn't recommend it more. My daughter is in her last year of preschool and I am sad to leave The Children's House behind.
Daniela BurdetteMar 3, 2026As anxious, worry wart of a mom, please take these other negative comments with a grain of salt. We LOVE CHBC! Any parent wants to know their children are safe. When I drop my children off, I leave with peace of mind knowing they're in capable hands. They're communicative and responsive, post pictures of your child during the day so you can see them in action and have wonderful staff. They also keep all doors locked during school hours, which is a huge plus for me. They've been incredibly accommodating to our son, who has a Bucks Intermediate Unit teacher come to assist him during class. They also host wonderful social events which my kids love! They look forward to school, which speaks for itself. We cannot recommend this school enough! :)
Katie McAllisterFeb 18, 2026DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE IT IS NOT SAFE.
Joseph RiosDec 10, 2025The Children's House of Bucks County was an incredible experience for our daughter, who spent 3 years there. We didn't know much about the Montessori style of education going in and we were thrilled with how our daughter engaged and learned in the classroom. Her teachers were thoughtful, kind, compassionate and patient. This little, sweet, simple schoolhouse provided our daughter with an incredible foundation that we didn't even fully appreciate until we graduated and moved on to her next school and realized just how far ahead she was against her peers. It's the combination of the teachers, learning styles, and peers that make this place so special. CHBC will always hold a place in our hearts.
Diana DiDonatoMay 15, 2025Our 1.5 year old son absolutely loves it here! He goes to the door every morning to put on his shoes to go to school. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful teachers and staff. What an amazing program for the kids to learn and play at the same time!

Questions parents ask about THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY
Is THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?
- Yes. THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY holds Pennsylvania certificate 101606176-0001, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Bucks County. The current certificate runs to November 30, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.
What is THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY's Keystone STARS rating?
- Pennsylvania rates THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY STAR 1, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on July 30, 2019. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.
Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.
Does this page show inspection results for THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects THE CHILDRENS HOUSE OF BUCKS COUNTY's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
