SMALL STEPS EARLY LEARNING CENTER

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare! From day one, they’ve felt like family. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure every child feels loved and cared for. They take the safety and well-being of the kids as their top priority, and it shows in everything they do. It’s such a comfort knowing my children are in such capable, caring hands each day. The level of professionalism and communication is outstanding, and it’s clear how much passion they have for what they do. We’re so grateful to be part of this amazing community!

This daycare showed a complete lack of compassion and understanding toward children who need a little extra support. My godson was removed not because he was unsafe or unmanageable, but simply because they did not want to take the time or effort to accommodate him. Instead of following through with the plan created with his parents, they chose the easiest route by removing him entirely. It’s heartbreaking and unprofessional to see a place that’s supposed to care for all children turn their back on one who needed understanding the most. I would never recommend this daycare to any parent whose child might require patience, empathy, or genuine care.

This daycare really needs more compassion and communication qualities that should be at the core of any childcare center. I hope they take time to reflect on how they handle children with behavioral challenges and focus on improving staff training and emotional support for both kids and parents. Every child deserves patience, understanding, and the chance to grow not to be dismissed when things get difficult.

I absolutely love this center! The amount of effort they put into creating a fun and engaging learning environment is incredible. Each staff member takes a personal role in the classroom and in shaping the learning curriculum for the kids. The attention they give my child is amazing, and I’m so impressed by how well they support emotional learning as well.

Small Steps Learning Center has been such a blessing for our family. From day one, the staff made us feel welcomed and confident that our child was in loving hands. The teachers are incredibly nurturing and attentive.. they don’t just care for the children, they truly connect with them. Each day is filled with warmth, patience, and joy. Whether it’s a cheerful good morning, a comforting hug during a rough day, or celebrating a new milestone, the staff makes every moment meaningful. It’s clear that they pour their hearts into creating a space where kids feel secure, valued, and excited to learn. The communication with families is also outstanding. We’re always updated on how our child is doing and involved in their learning journey. That partnership means so much to us. Finding a daycare that feels like home is rare, but Small Steps has managed to do just that. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful for the care and dedication they show every single day!
