THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE NORTH AMERICAN

We transitioned from the Brown Street TLE earlier this year and couldn't be happier. The new space is bright and spacious and clean and the facilities are really lovely. The staff is kind and take the time to get to know the kids and the families. Would highly recommend as a reliable and consistent childcare option in the Fishtown area.

We started our daughter here for her first daycare experience after years of being exclusively cared for by family. Everyone at the center was so kind and understanding of both our daughter and us during the transition period, and didn't seem to mind my constant need for reassurance that everything was going OK. The teachers are so caring and attentive to the little ones. As an example, my daughter's teacher told me that when my daughter is cranky, she'll make her a little fort out of mats and sit her in there with a book. My daughter has always loved books and does occasionally need time alone to decompress, and the fact that her teacher picked up on this and found a personalized way to make my daughter comfortable says so much about the level of care and attention the teachers put in. While each classroom has the same teachers day-to-day, there's some swapping across rooms for coverage and I'm consistently amazed at the fact that every teacher seems to know every kid, even the ones not in their class. While the people are the most important part of the center, it's also worth mentioning that it's a new, beautiful space, with good security, and a private age-appropriate outdoor playground that the kids use daily (weather permitting).

This daycare has truly been a gift to our family. From the very first tour, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I love the app because I get several photos a day, updates on what my child eats, and regular updates throughout the day. The security also gives me peace of mind — parents get a door pass and there are two security doors to enter. The teachers are amazing, caring, and patient. I am so happy with my decision to switch my toddler here and highly recommend The Learning Experience!

We are a very happy TLE family! My younger son currently attends TLE-North American and we are continually impressed by the care and compassion shown by the staff, the cleanliness and quality of the facilities, and the foundational education skills taught. Every day, my son is learning, growing, and being genuinely loved and cared for by the TLE team, and I am confident that he is in good hands when we drop him off in the mornings.

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! Our daughter is 3 years old and genuinely enjoys going every single day, it’s never a struggle to get her ready for school because she’s always excited to be there. The teachers and staff are truly wonderful and so caring with the children. We always feel confident knowing she’s in such a warm and supportive environment. She comes home talking about all the fun activities, crafts, and things she learned throughout the day. The other children and parents there are wonderful as well, which makes it feel like such a positive and welcoming community for families. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing place for her!
