  • I love this childcare center. The staff are respectful, kind and cares well for the children, the building is ALWAYS CLEAN and smells good. The owner attends to any issues presented to her and the atmosphere is always pleasant.

  • I visited the daycare for a trial day, and while I appreciate the opportunity, I have some concerns that I believe could help improve the experience for both children and parents. Upon dropping my child off at 9 AM and picking up at 12 PM, I noticed that my child's diaper had not been changed and was soaked. It was disappointing to see that this was addressed only after I arrived for pickup. During my time there, I observed several areas that could benefit from attention. For example, upon arrival, I noticed that toys were scattered on the floor, which posed a safety risk for the children. It seemed that not all staff members were actively supervising the children, and this could lead to potential accidents. I also felt that the staff, while present, could benefit from additional training in professionalism and communication. The interactions I had did not feel welcoming, and it seemed that some staff members were focused primarily on their own children rather than providing the same level of care to all the children in their care. That said, I did meet one staff member in the food service area who was friendly and professional, which was a positive highlight of my visit. Overall, I believe there is a strong need for improved training and protocols for staff to ensure that every child receives the attention and care they deserve. Hiring individuals who are experienced and genuinely passionate about working with children would make a significant difference in the quality of care provided. Thank you for considering this feedback as a way to enhance the daycare experience.

  • My daughter started at TLL when she was 5 months old. She is now 11 months. One of the best decisions I have made when choosing a daycare. The whole entire staff are so sweet, loving and ALWAYS so warming, and welcoming. From the amazing staff to the management team,The teachers care about the children and the families and do everything to ensure their safety and well-being. They provide an incredible curriculum and my child has flourished well beyond our expectations since being here. The facility is so clean, so organized, so well prepared. My daughter loves being there and I am so glad I found this place to call her forever educational care!

Does THE LEARNING LAB CHILDCARE CENTER LLC accept child care subsidy?

Yes. THE LEARNING LAB CHILDCARE CENTER LLC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. Does this page show inspection results for THE LEARNING LAB CHILDCARE CENTER LLC?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
