  • In a time when so many child care centers are facing constant turnover and staffing struggles, WELC is a true sanctuary. Their core staff has remarkable longevity, and every single teacher becomes like family. When our son was 18 months old, he was kicked out of his previous daycare for biting; mind you, this was during the first year of COVID, too. We were terrified and anxious about finding a new place for him. From day one at WELC, he NEVER had biting issues again—it turns out he just needed the right environment and educators who cared. As a child with both a behavioral and a mental health condition, he required patience, understanding, and structure. Instead of tossing him out the door, the incredible team at WELC took the time to learn his triggers, partner with us as parents, and proactively find solutions. He has literally grown up here. Now that he’s in elementary school, he still goes back every summer for their summer camp, which is absolutely fantastic for school-age kids. You will never regret putting your trust in WELC to care for your children. They are simply the best at what they do! Might I add, he was testing at 2nd and 3rd grade levels for reading and math as a 1st grader! I know some of that is thanks to the exceptional education he received from the educators at WELC. He's enjoyed what it's like to grow up at WELC from age 2-7 (so far)! 10 stars!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • My son started prek at WELC this year and has grown tremendously in knowledge, social skills, and creativity. All of the teachers are respectful, fun, and foster a creative learning environment. You can tell they love what they do! Shout out especially to Miss Ashley B, Miss Lori, Miss Kimmie, and Miss Kelsey for being an important part of my son’s development.

  • Ashley, Dawn, and the entire Webster team truly exemplify what quality early childhood education should look like. Their commitment to high standards, integrity, and excellence is evident in every aspect of the school. They consistently create enriching learning experiences that help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a nurturing and supportive environment. What stands out most is the pride and care this team puts into their work each day. They don’t just talk about quality — they live it through their dedication to children, families, and staff. It is clear that the Webster team is passionate about making a positive impact and providing an exceptional experience for every child who walks through their doors. Highly recommend!

  • Our son went to Webster Early Learning Center from ages 3-10. Our experience was amazing and we now recommend it to friends. Clean, challenging activities, summer camp and consistent staff. We are appreciative of the care and love he received.

  • After almost a decade, I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team at Webster Early Learning Center. Through the years we have received constant communication about care, day-to-day activities, and extra special events held by the center. The care has consistently been focused on my child’s needs and development. Finding high quality care in York County can be difficult. The need is high and the centers can’t keep up. Being able to receive care at Webster Early Learning Center has been a blessing, and one we don’t take lightly.

  • The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, and I really appreciate how they keep me updated throughout the day. The communication gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. My kids have become so successful to start kindergarten this year and I am blessed that we have met a truly amazing family here at Webster!

What is WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on November 15, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. Does WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?

Yes. WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 10.

Does this page show inspection results for WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects WEBSTER EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
