They didn’t Like me …not sure why… but it showed! Nice place, not so great communication, or experience. I pray yours will be different. My experience felt like there were nice to me because they had to be … no one is OVERTLY unpleasant and it is clean, but beneath the smiles and niceties.. there was poor communication and specifically around payments! They were extremely accommodating with some families but held the line seemingly without consideration with me. I was late for pick up twice in 7 mos.. the first time was behind a communication issue I was charged $35 and handed a tissue. The second I was … 2 mins late after calling and informing that I was in route and a staff member arrived at the door … no greeting and said “6 dollars” (only accepted in cash btw) My First issue was when I didn’t have access to the care app for weeks, and was told to check my email for an invitation. I’m mean checking spam and everything lol…Meanwhile the email was never sent or sent to the wrong address. At any rate I spoke with 4-5 staff members about the issue and still waited over a week to get it rectified. I didn’t speak up how frustrating that was but it should have been an indication of how the relationships would be. The other major issue I had was having to ask for my copay invoice. MONTHLY , I had to request A BILL TO PAY. I was told the invoices would be available via the app.. never happened. I had to ask for my bill monthly beginning in October and received 3 mos worth of childcare bills all in Dec. I paid and asked for a solution. No response. I’ve called to discuss but had not been able to get the director on the line Because I had made several request for a solution. I knew that if I had to bring it up in person I would also need to I remove my child. So I did that instead of pushing back I moved along. No one acknowledged his withdrawal or reached out to inquire about the abrupt change. That was disappointing but it was also confirmation that things were how they felt. They were extremely accommodating with some families but held the line pretty tightly with me. I was late for pick up twice in 7 mos.. the first time was behind a communication issue I was charged $35 and handed a tissue. The second I was … 2 mins late and a staff member hit the door … no greeting and said “6 dollars” I Didn’t get the opp to share this with staff so I’m here for that and to share about MY honest experience Over all I wouldn’t do it again. But I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend because it’s likely they just didnt care for me lol. Teacher was GREAT.. but the rest of the vibes were weird. GOOD LUCK!
Vanessa IngramApr 3, 2024Full disclosure, I have not sent children to this daycare, but I lived next to it for a year and based on what I have experienced, no one should ever send their kids there. They take kids out for play time in a small, concrete court yard while they sit on benches on their phones as opposed to walking the few more steps it takes to get to the beautiful green grass space next door to them. They play rap music during this outdoors time which not only causes an extreme disturbance but also is completely inappropriate for children.
Anne Stevens StahleMar 21, 2023I'm sure the kids get great care, but this business allows their parents to drop off all morning while parked in a bike lane, which is extremely dangerous for the neighborhood. They should seriously consider applying for a loading zone so their customers don't endanger others trying to use the road in front of their business.
Tom LaPortaMar 10, 2023My son was in their Pre-k program with Ms. Dani and Mr. P. He loved them and loved being there. I highly recommend Young World to anyone looking for a preschool.
Moe QasemJan 26, 2021Our three daughters have gone to or are currently at Young World. Their staff have years of experience and are caring, loving and engaged with their children. Our two youngest that are still there (one in the Pre-K and the other is in the toddler room) go to school happily everyday.
Michelle McCoyJan 14, 2021Keisha or whoever is the person answering the phone is very rude would not send my child here based off the customer service number one.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against YOUNG WORLD EARLY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against YOUNG WORLD EARLY LEARNING CENTER at the time the record was published. Does YOUNG WORLD EARLY LEARNING CENTER accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. YOUNG WORLD EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for YOUNG WORLD EARLY LEARNING CENTER?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects YOUNG WORLD EARLY LEARNING CENTER's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
