I have two boys that go to primrose and we love it! It feels like every time we walk in, one of the staff is saying hi to my boys, and it is clear they know and care for them! It is nice to know I am leaving them somewhere where they are with people who really care for and about them. It is clear that they make an effort for everyone to have interaction with the kids so that they can feel comfortable even when they aren’t with their “typical” teachers. The curriculum is also super great and enriching. My boys come home knowing how to do things that amaze me. I know that they are getting a great leg up for when they eventually start school. People often comment on things they know like counting and ABC’s and I always tell them it’s daycare. As a mom it can feel tough to leave your kids, but with Primrose I know they are having fun, learning and being well cared for. We have enjoyed our time at primrose so much that I have told all of my friends with kids, and now two of my coworkers also have kids at primrose!
Emily SobyJul 24, 2026We've had an absolutely wonderful experience at Primrose, and I can't recommend this location enough. Both of our sons have truly thrived here. From the very beginning, the teachers have shown so much genuine love and care for our boys, and you can tell they're personally invested in making each day the best it can be. One moment that really stood out for us: when our son was just two and a half, the team recognized he was ready for more and moved him up early into the four-year-old class. That decision made such a difference. He's advanced and grown in ways we didn't expect, and it's clear the staff pay close attention to each child as an individual. Like anywhere, it hasn't been completely without bumps. We've experienced some teacher changeover along the way that has been difficult. That said, the leadership changes over the past eight months have been really positive for this location. Our kids are here about 7-8 hours a day, five days a week. That's a lot, and it's hard on us as parents and on them too. But Primrose has genuinely become a village for our family. Between the teachers and the other families here, we've found a community we're so grateful for. Overall, this has been a truly wonderful experience, and we're proud to be part of the Primrose family. Thank you to everyone here for pouring so much into our boys.
Eric DunnJul 13, 2026As first time parents, we couldn’t be happier with our Primrose experience! The teachers have cared deeply for our son, the leadership team has been thorough and communicative and the overall experience has been really great. Our 10mo has grown from a developmental and emotional perspective during his time at Primrose and we never doubt that he is getting quality care, attention and education while at daycare. Food being included is a major perk!
Jessie AmosJun 21, 2026I don’t know where we would be without Primrose in our life. Our child loves going to school and is thriving! The faculty and staff all truly love kids and you can just see it. The environment is clean, supportive and friendly. I would tell anyone to send their child here at any age with zero hesitation.
Meaghan BadeJun 18, 2026Phenomenal care and I would pay even more!! I've had my 3yo and 1yo here since both were babies. The director, every teacher, and the staff and chef all treat us like family. The teachers are kind, loving and supportive. I have a forceful, loud and fearless 3yo who never sits and never sleeps and her teachers through the years have been so supportive and kind helping her develop and grow, helping me understand how to get her through the tough times and celebrating her when she has personal milestones. The preschool classrooms are run like high caliber school rooms and have given my daughter so many learning and developmental advantages over other daycares. I've always been so impressed by how much they are able to teach her. Most of the teachers she's had since infancy are still there and are still cheering her on. The infant teachers are equally amazing, so attentive and affectionate and expertly skilled at their jobs. The teachers and staff here have worked with us on so many things including late stage potty training difficulties, health and behavioral concerns and a long, difficult process to determine a food allergy. They absolutely do work with you and I trust them implicitly. This facility is always exceptionally clean, the teachers are very knowledgeable and are diligent about following protocol, the teacher-to-child ratio is the best you'll find anywhere and every day I'm so grateful to have such a safe and loving place to watch over my kids while I work. I would never take my kids anywhere else!! I wish I could post the pics I get from the school every day (privacy concerns of course). My girls are so happy and learning and growing so much here!
Tegan TJun 12, 2026We have been extremely happy with our experience at Primrose Midtown. It is not easy to pick a daycare - but this school has exceeded my expectations. The leadership and teachers are incredibly caring and attentive. Our child has some extra health needs which made me very nervous - however the entire team at Primrose made us feel very reassured and comfortable. It is evident that they take their jobs very seriously and that they are passionate about caring for children. Our child absolutely loves going to school. I HIGHLY recommend Primrose Midtown if you are looking for your care for your child. It is worth every penny!!
