My family and I began service at RCDC in April 2021 with my daughter and continued with my son in Feb 2024. Our services ended in Dec 2025. Yes, there were multiple changes in administration but what stayed constant for me was the care of my children. They BOTH had the same teachers through the infant/toddlers. My daughter experienced the 3's & 4's.
Vik MajorFeb 9, 2026Our family has been using this daycare for five years, and unfortunately, the constant change in leadership has only led to ongoing disorganization, poor service and poor communication. “Leadership” and “directors” are highly incompetent and have no sense of accountability and want you to essentially do their jobs for them. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and consistent leadership makes this daycare unreliable and frankly unsafe when it comes to properly caring for children and keeping families informed.
