I made several attempts and paid the facility visits in effort to work with them on getting my child in by filling enrollment paper packets and offering yo pay deposit to guarantee the spot that was open and available for my child to take. After talking to main person in charge of the facility and giving all the agreements in the enrollment packet and telling her that I will officially bring my child in 1-6-2025 but put 1-2-2025 on the paperwork that way my child is in and she can get paid for the week even if my child was not in that week to to family visiting and taking time off work on my way to their on the 6th she gave it away and yoke me that it’s my fault that I didn’t give her a call when that not something ever discussed nor something I had to do because she said not to worry about and after she knew that it’s my last hope and the only place available at the time for me to get my child in. She screwed me over completely compromising my job and could care less. That made me wonder how badly they would of treated and neglected my child of my child had gone there
Samina WazirJan 7, 2025Chandra cared for my first child in 2018 and our second in 2020. She is a wonderful person and took such loving, diligent care of our girls. She has high standards and is a great communicator. She is in the exact right vocation and has a true gift for childcare. We miss her and will be forever grateful!
Shannon RipaniSep 2, 2024A Place Like Home is my little one's(15 months) first day care experience ever and has been a game changer for us. He initially struggled to adjust as this was his first time in a daycare away from home and family. Ms. Chandra was very patient with him took her time to help him adjust. He is now super excited to go to day care everyday. I am glad we chose A place like home.
Priscilla YeboahMay 18, 2024Chandra does a fabulous job caring for our daughter (3) and son (15 months). Our daughter has been going to A Place Like Home for two years and has nothing but good things to say each day. They have a beautiful setup with multiple rooms that are thoughtfully decorated with lots of age appropriate areas and educational toys. They recently revamped the outside play area and it is beautiful, and now includes an awesome covered area for those hot sunny days or slightly rainy days. Highly recommend!!
