  • We ultimately decided not to enroll our 1-year-old here, and I wanted to share feedback about our experience. The facility was clean, the teachers seemed enthusiastic, and the director and office staff we interacted with were pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with Ms. Kaitlin changed our decision. Two days before our daughter’s start date, she still hadn’t been added to the Procare system, making it impossible for us to communicate with her teachers beforehand. As first-time daycare parents, we were understandably anxious and simply wanted to discuss her routine and schedule. When we came in to make our payment, Ms. Kaitlin told us she was too busy to add us because she had 10 other enrollments. While I understand that things get busy, her tone became rude and she raised her voice during the conversation, which felt very unprofessional. This review is meant as constructive feedback because the daycare itself made a good first impression. I hope management addresses how families are treated during the enrollment process, as first impressions matter and her appearance and demeanor aren’t very professional.

  • Finding a daycare you can truly trust with your children is everything. From the moment we enrolled, they have treated my daughters like family. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child. I am so grateful for everything they do for my girls and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving, supportive environment for their children.

  • My daughter went here for 3 yrs. I had not one single issue with staff. All the teachers were friendly and helpful, my daughter never complained about her teachers. They provided a lot of seasonal activities and helped prepare my daughter for kindergarten. With the incident regarding staff member who caused harm, the team took immediate and appropriate action and inservices were increased for staff. I highly recommend this daycare.

  • Cannot say enough great things about TLC! The teachers were amazing and patient with my son and he absolutely thrived here. They prepared him for Kindergarten where he is doing great. I would recommend TLC for anyone looking for childcare.

  • My daughter has gone here for 2 years and been in two different classes and they’ve both been great! We love the staff and director as well as the communication and photos we receive throughout the day. I’m very particular about who cares for my daughter and TLC has exceeded expectations.

  • TLC has kept our son for almost 2 years now (infant room to toddler room), and we absolutely love it here! We’ve never questioned their love for our son and I trust them completely to care for him. The teachers and leadership are amazing, kind, and truly care about the kids. Our son has learned so much over the years at TLC. Expectations from parents are very clear and they are very communicative. We are so blessed to have such confidence in a daycare.
