I never thought I would receive such low-class care and discrimination for my son, he always came home beaten up, I even arrived burned with allergies and I say this because I have evidence, lack of hygiene, my son has autism and they always treated him badly in that place we are all mothers and I would not like anyone to go through what my son went through

Don’t be fooled by the stars/reviews this place gets, we were. They can’t control the kids, organization is a joke. Every belonging your bring in to this place is either lost or takes them forever to find. My child cried when dropped off and when they can no longer take it they call you and tell you they have a fever so you miss work to pick them up. I never write reviews but child care is important and I just had to.

I decided to go back to college after having twins. I needed a place to take them where I felt at ease leaving them for several hours a day. After calling many places and touring some The Learning Ladder was the only place kind to me. They treated me like family the day I walked in the door. They were pretty full but told me they would do their best to work with my schedule. I never looked anywhere else. My twins attended this facility until they began public school. Even after I finished college I kept taking them so they could keep up social skills and friendships. They would ask to go to daycare because they absolutely adored all the teachers, the director and all the employees there. It was one of the hardest decision I have had to make taking my kids out of this daycare. I only chose to take them out because they had began public school and due to current situations I didn’t need the extra child care. I would recommend Learning Ladder to anyone that wants their children treated with love and care as if they were family.

I've been taking my kids to them for 2 years and I love them! They have been so loving and caring for both my kids, which is always a great comfort while I'm working. I always know for sure they are in good hands, and they keep me up to date through their app. They always have awesome interactive, different age- appropriate activities, games, and projects that help growth and development which I love to hear about from my oldest! They even have fun little events that they plan like Movie Night or Halloween party that make it feel like a family get- together. If you want wonderful motherly care for your kids, knowing that they will be safe, I highly recommend them! I'm very grateful that I found such a great daycare!

My daughter attends the learning ladder and i absolutely love them and the way they love her! I couldnt put her in anyone elses care. We love all the staff and the families they have become. They take amazing care of my daughter and i couldnt be happier to have her in their care !
