  The director, Mrs. Casey Chapman, had no clue about what was going on in the childcare center. Several parents expressed legitimate concerns to her. Serious concerns such as children not getting fed, being abused (marks on the children's bodies), being inappropriately touched, and more were brought to the Mrs. Chapman's attention. The issues were never addressed. Instead, they were swept under the rug and never reported to the proper officials. A child sustained a head injury. The paramedics nor the child's parent were ever contacted. The child's parent was cpntacted hours later about the child's behavior. Behavioral change is one of the signs for a concussion which was confirmed when the child's parent obtained the necessary emergency medical care. The children are placed in classes that are not age appropriate. A child's genitals were touched. A child wasn't given an alternative meal to eat due to allergies. The child had nothing at all to eat. Last week a parent shared how he and his wife placed their infant on the waiting list and was told a different start time each time they called the center to check their status on the waitlist. They also shared that they were last told October 2016 the would be contacted for their child to start. The center never contacted that family. Thankfully they were able to obtain better service and care for their child at another childcare center. I don't think they were aware of what they would've gotten into had their baby attended. The infant room has been closed down several times for contagious illnesses. A couple of parents mentioned how their children were not treated fairly due the teachers disliking the parents. Many parents expressed their disappointments and concerns to the installation director yet matters became worse. A parent should be able to go to work with piece of mind that their precious blessings are receiving proper care in a safe, sanitary environment. Unfortunately, many parents have not been able to do so at this center. There are professional, good, clean, affordable childcare providers in the area that have zero tolerance for abuse, inappropriate touching, and bullying. Research. Consider the facts. Listen to your instincts. Last but not least, listen to your children. Their actions and behavior speak volumes when words are silent. I do not give this childcare center any stars. However in order to inform/warn you, I must highlight one. I wish you and your family the best with your childcare decision.
