  • This facility refused to release my child to me, their legal guardian, when I arrived for pickup. Staff physically hid my child and invented arbitrary safety excuses to withhold them, directly interfering with my parental rights. A formal complaint will be filed with the Virginia Department of Education.

  • Teachers have favorites among the kids and their families and they show it in how they engage with or completely ignore. Administration staff is wonderful and pleasant, so be sure to research beyond the front desk.

  • I think it is 100% unacceptable how they treat the employees! Management needs to change ASAP or there will be an investigation soon. Parents should know when there is a issue or when child is sick and they are not notified

  • Teachers and kids are getting scratched by other kids. Leadership needs to be changed at the top

  • HIGHLY do not recommend. My son was waiting in the hallway only two years old waiting to be picked up because the ladies were trying to rush out the building because it was slightly snowing and they were trying to close early. Also my son was wearing a dirty diaper while waiting the whole time. I have also picked him up two other times while he was sitting in a dirty diaper. It was so bad he wouldn’t even let me change him.

  • The best daycare that ever was! Dedicated management staff that have been there for many many years. I've had the pleasure of both of my children (boy and a girl) to have gone through there from 3 months old to pre-k and we were always satisfied with the amount of attention and work they were given to prepare them for school. Give them a call if you have any questions about your kids.
