  I would like to take this moment to say thank you to Ms. Pushpha for her amazing work as teacher. My son has learned a lot since he joined KRK last fall. Ms. Pushpha is very kind and always has a warm smile on her face anytime I enter Seals class to drop off or pick up my child. My child has adapted to the classroom environment and always feel comfortable and has improved on his grammar and social skills. Thanks to a dedicated teacher like Ms. Pushpha, always working with the kids to ensure they are equipped with the learning resources before they transition to kindergarten. Thank you, Ms. Pushpha for all your generous hard work and creating safe and nurturing environment for our kids.

  My kid goes to this school for the past 4 years 8 months around he loves this school very much. The school provides good field trips that help students learn outside the classroom. Its educational services are strong, with teachers who explain lessons clearly. Students get help with homework when needed, which makes learning easier. The meals are well‑prepared and generally healthy, giving children good daily nutrition.

  We’ve had an amazing experience with KidsRKids. The teachers are wonderful, caring, and truly dedicated to the children’s growth and well-being. My 4-year-old son genuinely enjoys going to school every day, which speaks volumes about the warm and positive environment they create. A special thanks to Miss Pushpa for being so caring and attentive to even the smallest details. Her patience and dedication have made a huge difference in my son’s learning and confidence.   Over the past year, Kids 'R' Kids South Riding has noticeably declined since the ownership change. What was once a warm, family-oriented center now feels much more like a business. One of my biggest concerns has been leadership. Shortly after the ownership transition, the longtime director—who had years of childcare experience and worked her way up through the organization—left the center. The timing made it difficult not to connect her departure to the changes in ownership. The center then brought in a co-director with very limited childcare experience, despite already having an assistant director with significantly more experience and tenure. Many parents questioned why the assistant director was not promoted. Shortly afterward, the assistant director also left, leaving the impression that experienced staff were being overlooked and undervalued. More recently, the co-director who became director was terminated. While I understand personnel matters are private, the communication sent to parents regarding her departure felt unprofessional and strongly implied that she had been fired. I expected a more thoughtful and professional message to families. The turnover overall has been alarming. In less than a year, I've seen numerous staff members leave. The center no longer feels as organized or stable as it once did, and I've spoken with several parents who share similar concerns. Some families have even chosen to withdraw their children. Kids 'R' Kids has always been one of the more expensive childcare options in the area, but many of us were willing to pay for the exceptional quality of care and family atmosphere. Unfortunately, that atmosphere has largely disappeared. The center now feels much more focused on business operations than on maintaining the close-knit community that once made it special. Another frustration has been the summer camp policies. Camp ends at 5:00 p.m., while younger children who are not camp-aged can remain in daycare until 6:30 p.m. Many families have children in both programs, which means parents must either make special arrangements or pick up their camp-aged child much earlier than necessary. Most parents pick up their children before 6:00 p.m. anyway, so it seems reasonable to allow families with children enrolled in both camp and daycare to pick them up together. Previous ownership was much more flexible and family-focused when it came to situations like this. Unfortunately, that flexibility appears to have disappeared under the current ownership.

  We have had a wonderful experience at Kids Are Kids – South Riding. The teachers and staff are caring, kind, and truly dedicated to the children. My daughter enjoys going every day, which gives me peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, loving, and positive environment. The staff are patient, attentive, and communicate well with parents. I appreciate the activities, learning opportunities, and the care they put into helping children grow socially and emotionally. The daycare is clean, welcoming, and the team genuinely cares about the kids and their well-being. Overall we have had a very positive experience and are grateful for the care and support they provide. I would definitely recommend Kids Are Kids – South Riding to other families looking for a nurturing daycare environment for their children.
