I used this facility for 8 hours of backup care for my toddler, and I cannot recommend it to other parents. Communication and transparency were completely lacking. I was charged an additional $9 for lunch at pick up(not previously informed during scheduling) , but I was provided absolutely no report or update on whether my child actually ate, when she napped, or if her diapers were changed. When I picked her up, she was clearly exhausted and fell asleep immediately in the car. She also kept repeating that she was hungry, leading me to believe she didn't eat anything all day despite the extra charge. As a parent, leaving your child in someone else's care requires trust, and the total lack of information and basic updates is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would suggest looking elsewhere for childcare.
Sea_BelleJul 16, 2026I had a work emergency so made a plan to drop off my my child and when we walked in (with the prior appointmen) there was absolutely no greetings whatsoever, no hi, or hello to my child. All the employees looked at us and gave us look that says "we don't want another child, what are you doing here?" Obviously, my child got scared, so he refused to go. And also myself didn't feel comfortable leaving him there, we came out. Will never consider this place an option for child care.
Sandy ParkJan 14, 2026Horrible daycare! The older lady Susan that works there will force feed your baby, neglect your baby, do anything but actually CARE for your baby. My son came home saying the kids do HORRIBLY inappropriate things in the play toy away from teachers, i am disgusted and immediately unenrolled my children. The kids are bullied and the teachers do nothing about it, they sit on their phones all day and don’t actually pay any attention to the kids. Take your kids anywhere but here. Great concept but HORRIBLE STAFF!
Morena PonceNov 12, 2025Extremely disappointing experience!! We had arranged for backup care with this facility, which they confirmed, only to be told at the last minute that they were no longer available. Instead of taking responsibility or offering assistance to find an alternative, they shifted the burden to the backup care system. In contrast, providers like Bright Horizons have shown a more customer-centric approach by helping families find alternative care when they're fully booked. What's most concerning is that this facility not only failed to honor their initial confirmation but also showed a lack of willingness to help us find a solution, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the needs of families with children.
ll tNov 11, 2025Highly recommended! Facility is controlled access, fun activities through out the day, great pricing and the staff is very kind and respectful. My kiddo has enjoyed her time here and as a parent, I’ve appreciated how great the people and services are. Thank you to Katie, Madison, Mya and the rest of the Bellevue AKP team!
Hannah KitchJul 30, 2025My husband and I were traveling to Bellevue for work and used our backup care option for our infant, which led us here. Our little guy does wonderful with his in-home daycare, but we weren't sure how he'd do at a childcare center, as that was a new thing for him. The staff at Adventure Kids made sure his every need was met! He really enjoyed playing with the new (to him) toys, the new environment and other infants. He was super happy when we picked him up and had no issues with his sleeping at night or anything. Loved the report card of all his feeding, sleeping and diaper changes too. It was just like any other day for him. We thank the staff for making this shift for a week seamless and hope to be back to the area with our little guy again soon!
