BRIGHT HORIZONS - BELLEVUE

If I could choose, I will give 0 star for Bright Horizons at Downtown Bellevue. My 22 months daughter came here for 2 days, the second day when she cry, the teacher(AR or SH) didn't care her, and let her continuously cry outside with more than one hour with a super super swollen and red eyes. However, ridiculous thing is the teacher told me the red and swollen eye is not because of cry, but because of the sunscreen!!!!!!! Also the front desk woman help that teacher say the same thing. How could they treat the little one in this way!!!! This place is so terrible, if u don't want ur little one couldn't get care, do leave away from this place.

Bright Horizons Downtown Bellevue is a fantastic preschool located in the heart of the city. It offers a safe, nurturing environment with excellent staff and trained teachers who foster inquisitive learning and all round development. The well-equipped classrooms, age-appropriate playgrounds, and engaging jungle gyms create a perfect space for growth and play. The art room, led by an amazing teacher, is a standout feature, inspiring creativity in young minds. For parents seeking a high-quality early learning experience, this center is truly one of the best in the business. Highly recommended!

If you value your child’s safety, please reconsider enrolling at BH in Bellevue. Our son suffered abuse at the hands of a teacher, leaving him injured. The center failed to inform us and attempted to cover it up, which we discovered only after noticing signs ourselves. An investigation by Bellevue PD and CPS confirmed this as abuse, not negligence, yet the teacher was not removed during the inquiry. Management prioritized protecting staff and their reputation over children’s safety. Additionally, the administration has shown bias against Asian families and open disdain for tech-industry parents. This institution is neither safe nor trustworthy.

Not only this Bright Horizons saves our days by helping us take care of our LO so we can be productive parents, they truly care about their students and make an honest effort to keep them stimulated while nurtured. Everyone is incredibly friendly and happy - it’s truly a wonderful place for our LOs to grow up!

We moved to Bellevue from oversea and my daughter has been so happy at Bright Horizons at Bellevue. The transition was not ideal for her with the pandemic where we needed to stay at home for almost 6 months and then meeting new teachers and new friends. Really appreciate the help of Leticia and Mr David in the K-prep class that encouraged her to engage more with the class. Other staff are also nice and responsive too. All she talks about now is how she wants to go to school everyday. Could not have asked for more!
