  • We now have 2 kids attending this location, and sending the second was a no-brainer after how this place treated our first. Along with providing a great structure and a caring place full of thoughtful teachers for my kids, I think it has helped to make me a more capable parent. We really enjoy all the teachers and administration there, and are glad to be a part of the community.

  • This is only in reference to the infant program at the center. My infant daughter (not yet mobile) received a black eye while in care here. No one can tell me what happened or how she experienced facial trauma. The assistant director, Doreen, tried to play it off as “just a mark,” but the doctor confirmed that she clearly had a hard impact to her face. I am extremely unimpressed that the center 1) did nothing to document how this happened (or simply were not attending to a child who hadand 2) tried to downplay the severity of the incident. Mistakes happen, but it is unacceptable to not notice when an infant has been injured to this level. I would not send a baby to this center.

  • You must be mistaken. My child actually attend this location, and the children do not walk outside to any public road at any time. I also want to clarify that there isn’t any water nearby at the Seneca location, so I’m not sure if you may be referring to a different place. We’ve had a very positive experience here my son is genuinely happy, well cared for. I truly love this place and trust them with my child’s care.

  • I was on my way to work and there was two ladies pushing the toddlers in strollers and it’s freezing outside none of the kids had coats on I asked why kids did not have on coats and was told to mind my business. So if parents wanna know why they’re kids are sick that is why. It’s winter time and we’re downtown by the water. It’s crazy and pure laziness to not take the time to put the kids coats on. This was December 6 2025 teacher had blonde hair in her early 30’s

  • Our son attended preschool here for 7 months and it was an amazing experience with the staff and leadership. We moved out of state, but if not for that, we would have stayed with Seneca until kindergarten. Teacher Mesa ultimately became one of our son's favorite people, and other staff include assistant teachers, kindergarten prep teacher, art teacher, and leadership team, along with sub teachers, were all part of a team of people we came to trust with our son. They met him where he was at and built trust with him. They were kind and also taught him many skills. We felt safe knowing he was at Seneca. The communication with everyone was great and we felt very comfortable as a family. The staff helped him learn social skills and make his first friends. It was his first experience with daycare or school of any kind so we were very nervous. Ultimately it was absolutely worth it. I wish we could have taken them with us on the move. Highly recommend. The tuition is worth it, for sure. Thank you Seneca team.

  • Our son has been at Bright Horizons since he was about 6 months old. The center is so welcoming! Every teacher or admin greets him by name and love that he is able to connect with him, regardless of if they are in his classroom every date. We love seeing what activities he does daily, and the curriculum helps him learn so many new skills. We just adore the car he gets here.
