BUILDING MEMORIES EARLY LEARNING CENTER

We moved to the area about 4 years ago and were searching for the right daycare to send our young kids to and after meeting with 3 of the local centers we chose Kim’s center (Building memories early learning center). I cannot imagine a better place to have chosen to send our kids for so many reasons. The teachers are so kind and sweet and communicative and truly care about the kids. The center feels like a second home to them and they truly enjoy being there. I see the activities and projects they come with excited to show me and tell me about what they did and what they learned and there is no better feeling to know that your child is truly loved and taken care of while you are away but is also being educated and developing appropriately. They have a strong preschool and kindergarten readiness curriculum that put my oldest child ahead of the curve when she entered kindergarten last year who is now thriving at primary school. Also coming from an animal loving family ourselves they have a couple sweet dogs, cats, bunny’s, fish, and reptiles at the center that the kids absolutely love and play with there, which was just the icing on the cake for us. Another thing worth mentioning is they make a point to systematically help teach our kids how to be more independent and do things on their own such as potty training, taking off and putting their shoes and jackets, putting things where they belong, cleaning up their messes, manners, socializing with the other kids appropriately and many other important life skills. The owner and founder of the center (Kim) has been like family to us through the last 4 years and has such a genuinely good heart for not only the kids but the parents and families as a whole. If ever there was a place I would take this much time to review and recommend it would be this establishment, highly highly recommend. (Also it’s not a chain or large center where things seem to be quite rigid, pre-determined, and business oriented! Really feels like home and the perfect place for our kids.)

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at building memories and I am so grateful to have found them. From day one, Kim and the girls have been genuinely caring toward my son. It’s clear that they create a safe, and caring environment for all the children there. This place has truly been a great routine in our son’s life. What stands out most is the dedication of the staff. They go above and beyond to make his experience a good one each and everyday he’s there. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our son is in such good hands. Thank you Building Memories for all you do.

My daughter started here at one year old and is now four, and we’ve had such an amazing experience. This daycare truly is a family. They create such meaningful experiences for the kids from reptile events to time with animals. They have bunnies, cats, and dogs. It’s such a unique and educational experience for the kids. We also love the family appreciation day in the summer, which brings everyone together. I’m so grateful we found them and highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a loving, engaging environment for their child.

I can’t even imagine where our son would be without BMELC! This team of teachers have loved our son as their own, teaching him SSOO many life skills, such as potty training, putting on his jacket, learning the alphabet and now he’s loving being able to start reading! We absolutely love this daycare and will be very sad to leave when we head off to kindergarten.

My daughter has been attending this daycare for over eight years, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for her. She graduated preschool here, but what they taught her went far beyond academics. They helped her grow as a person — building confidence, independence, and real-life skills that she’ll carry with her forever. I toured so many daycares before choosing this one, and this was the only place where I felt completely comfortable leaving my child. It’s truly family‑oriented, and I’ve always felt that my daughter was safe, cared for, and genuinely loved. I’m so grateful for the impact they’ve had on her life.
