  • I am so grateful for finding Children’s Character Club. My daughter has unique needs with her genetic disorder and special diet. They were so accommodating, caring, and supportive. She was 2 when she started and was still unsteady in her walking and she always had a hard time trusting people she didn’t know but she acclimated quickly and received wonderful care. She’s 14 now but we continue to maintain relationships with the owners and Courtney the manager. I absolutely recommend CCC.

  • We have been so grateful to have our son at Children's Character Club since December 2022. From day one, the staff have treated him like family. Our son is non-verbal and has autism, and the team here has supported us through every step of his journey with patience, compassion, and expertise. Courtney, the director, is absolutely amazing. She keeps me updated regularly with texts and calls, always transparent and quick to communicate if any issues arise. For example, when another child in the toddler room bit my son multiple times, Courtney handled the situation swiftly and reassured me that my son’s safety was her top priority. The daycare has been incredible in helping with his food aversions, emotional regulation, and potty training. They have also been flexible in accommodating his need for a strict and consistent schedule, which is essential for him. Courtney feels like a second mother to our son—so loving, caring, and with the biggest heart. What’s truly remarkable is that our son has even started saying little words here and there, which is a huge milestone for a non-verbal child on the autism spectrum. The teachers all genuinely love and respect him, understand his needs, and provide the tools necessary for his continued progress. I couldn’t recommend CCC more highly to any parent looking for a nurturing, supportive environment for their child, especially those parents like me who are a nervous wreck leaving their child knowing they can't talk etc. I never have to worry for his safety, let alone his happiness. Thank you to all the teachers at CCC!

  • This review is a year late but after reading the reviews from other parents I thought it was important to express my daughter’s experience with this daycare. I will admit, I understand why they removed her from the daycare however the events in the removal is why I am writing this. My daughter was just over a year when she was enrolled in the toddler age portion of this daycare. My daughter started presenting with unwanted behavior (biting) and I was in constant contact with Courtney, the director, with how to address this at home. I explained to Courtney that she was not presenting with this behavior at home so it was hard to correct her for it. My husband and I did our best at correcting any unwanted behavior but it was hard to recreate the biting at home because she doesn’t have siblings. December of 2023 rolls around and I receive a call from Courtney expressing concern that the behavior is still persisting in my child. At that time I had been in contact with her pediatrician and was doing everything in my power to prevent the behavior. Again, it’s hard to correct when it wasn’t happening at home. I asked for Courtney to have the toddler teachers to watch her more closely to prevent this from happening. That’s not an unreasonable request, especially since my child isn’t the first to have this problem. Right after Christmas, after a weekend of being overstimulated from the holiday, I brought her to daycare and told Courtney that my child needed some extra attention with the overstimulation of the holiday. The next thing I know I receive a call from Courtney that she is having to “unenroll” my child because she bit again. What was incredibly frustrating is that I was only told of 3 of the 7 documented incidents. 1 of which wasn’t even told to me by Courtney, it was mentioned to me by the night manager in passing. When I went to go pick my daughter up that afternoon all of her belongings were in a TRASH BAG. You read that right, a trash bag. Not one word was said to me or my child when I picked her things up. And mind you, my child was 20 months old and had very little vocabulary at this time. They sent a clear message with that. I understand the need to keep other kids safe but that was an extremely upsetting way to end our time there. I feel it’s important to note that my child is now in a new daycare that has given me SOOO many more resources and has made me feel incredibly supported as a parent. They are working with my child and helping her work through these unwanted behaviors without kicking us to the curb and putting our things in a trash bag. I hope this review helps others make a decision on whether this facility is appropriate for your child. I also hope children’s character club does a better job at addressing unwanted behaviors/supporting parents in their journey.

  • HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST CHILDCARE<3 My daughter has attended this daycare for the last 6 years and my son has attended for the last 2 years. My daughter attended a different daycare in Milton, and this was the place we felt the most comfortable with. I've had the most positive experience for both of my kids here. My daughter went through their infant, preschool and grade school class, my son also just moved up from the infant class to the preschool class! Both my children consider Childs character club their second home because of the loving, dedicated staff. I recommend anyone and everyone to enroll here! They are open at 5:30am which works perfectly for someone who has early Am hours and they close at 6:00 pm for parents who work later shifts! I feel very appreciative of Mick and Courtney for their love and passion with working with children!

  • Do not take your kids here. I loved this daycare and everyone that works there until I dropped my son off very last minute right before the time they don't want kids coming in after and witnessed toddlers being aggressively yelled at by the adults and being called bad. The tone and how loud they were yelling even scared me and i could tell the kids were scared. They are very deceiving with how sweet and nice they are, but when parents aren't there they are comfortable to treat the kids however they want. The yelling was so loud I could hear it from the other room. I fully don't believe that any of the parents there would be happy with what's happening without their knowledge. I do believe some of the ladies there are good, but the group of women that are guilty have been acting very weird towards me since I've said something about it. When I told the director Courtney about why I'm taking my son out of there she responded with "I'm sorry you don't like the kids being called bad when they are being bad". I know how she is twisting it to seem like what they are doing isn't wrong. But it most definitely is. They are very unprofessional and obviously thrive in drama. Please do not trust what they say and please do not trust these good reviews because I once felt the same exact way as those. I will never trust a daycare center again after this.

  • The manager is very friendly and was great to chat with, this place just wasn't for us. They have a long term residential tenant that lives in the adjacent building and it smelt heavily of weed on my way to the building of the school. It was a bit jarring that I was able to just walk into the toddler class from outside without any restrictions, door chime, etc. It didn't seem like they had very many teachers, but the ones I did see were interactive with the kids. I'm sure it is fine for other people, it just really wasn't for me.
