Recent Choked and Head Injury incident on January 2, 2026 I was Never notified or received incident report by No teacher at the daycare. I called back on January 2, 2026 to speak with Director and Owner both left early for the day. I spoke with 2 Teachers still No clue what happened to my child head and choking incident. 1 Teacher even forward my message to Director Ashley on Facebook. Director Ashley said I will look into it Monday. Spoke with Director Ashley and Owner Amber over phone on January 5, 2026. Owner Amber lied over the phone saying my child got Punched in stomach after Teacher told her that how 🤔 that and my son got head injury and choked on Friday January 2, 2026. Yes my child did get punch in stomach a different day from another student whole different situation. A Incident report was email 3 days later by Owner January 5, 2026 the Incident Report was not written in detailed correct information and left out alot of correct detail information and not professional at all. Lack of Supervision from Teacher in School Aged Classroom. And Teacher to Child Ratio Concerns. My child stated some of kids hurt eachother hitting and Teacher do not be watching them teacher be sitting at table. Filed Complaint with State DCF currently under investigating and Withdraw My Child Immediately Neither I or my Child do not want to return back to Caring Heart Childcare. Alot of New Staff too
Joann BrownJan 8, 2026My daughter has went to this center for 3 years, the owner is amazing, accommodating, understanding and makes child care safe. The staff here is always helpful and most are compassionate about the kids and their job.
