  • 5 stars is not nearly enough to tell you how I feel about the loving staff at Fritz Rugratz. From the first day I dropped my son they became family. The staff not only knows your child but they know you and everyone involved in the care of your child. Each morning he was greeted by name and pulled into a hug (his favorite way to spend the first couple minutes of his day) and although he is extremely picky when it comes to food they encouraged him to try new things and always made sure he was taken care of. They communicated EVERYTHING and put my child's health FIRST. We were out for quite some time for a surgery and numerous serious illnesses and not only did they love and support us through those times but they went above and beyond to check in on weekends and even send get well soon cards from his class. Should I ever choose to have another kid they will be my first call to get on the wait list because there is no one I would trust more with my babies. Love, Jasper's Mom

  • My daughter has been going to Fritz’s Rugratz for two years now. She receives amazing care and I couldn’t ask for a safer place. As a parent it’s extremely important to me that my daughter is loved at daycare as she is at home. The staff is great and my daughter has learned o much from them. At two years old she can already recite her ABCs from start to finish, knows all her colors, and can count to twenty! I’m so thankful for Fritz and her staff

  • My daughter receives THE BEST care at this facility. I have such a hard time leaving my daughter with people but ALL of the staff at this establishment make us both feel safe and loved. My daughter is excited to go to daycare each morning and loves telling me about her activities when she gets home. She went through a spell where she could not tolerate dairy and with a note from her doctor all of her needs were accommodated. She had tonsil surgery and all of the staff reached out to me to check on her. She has learned all of her colors in sign language, countless songs, and she can count to 20. She is only 2 years old and has learned so much in her time at daycare. I am forever grateful that while I am working long hours as a nurse my daughter is receiving the best care.

  • This entity refused to allow me to pack a lunch for my autistic son despite obtaining a physician’s order for his special diet to be allowed they still refused to allow it. Due to his autism he has sensory problems and cannot eat a regular diet. They also refused to allow him to bring his iPad in which has a locked communication application on it and is used as an assistive speech technology device only. They took away his voice and he came home hungry each and everyday he was in their care. Very unprofessional, unethical, and neglectful business in my professional opinion. I would not recommend this place.

  • This daycare would not let my autistic son that had a doctors excuse have packed lunch and his communication device. At first i went along with their rules in the end we just found another place. Also likes to make there own rules up.
