I have two kids who go here and they both have been going since they were babies and they love it. The school is also active with what they do with kids which is a deal breaker for me. When it is spring and summer, they try to take the kids out to their playground daily, sometimes 2x a day. Also, in the summer they have "water day." This is 1x a week on top of them going outside where they have water games and stuff. I also like that it is small. My kids are not one of 20 in a class. I think their cap in a class is 8. Another deal breaker is the security. You have to have a key code to get in and a fingerprint to check the kids out. If they don't recognize you, they ask for ID and make sure you're on the list to get the kid or you won't get the kid at all. No one knows what kids are in there as all the windows that can be visible to the public is covered up. If you are curious, take a tour. They do tend to have a waiting list.
Lauren DuncanAug 12, 2024Won’t recommend this place. They called DHHR on us because my 4 year old daughter told them about her dream and this teacher believe her and nobody even check on us first before they involve the cps. You guys traumatized the hell out of me..
Rona KeisterJul 29, 2024My children have been going here since they were infants. Very safe place for our children! We feel at ease when dropping them off. The teachers truly care for their students and they teach our kids so much. They are more than just someone baby sitting your child. They teach them and let their little brains explore! I may be biased, but I feel this is the best daycare in fairmont! I would give 10 stars if I could!
Caitlin McNemarMay 29, 2023The teachers are awesome (5 star), but the new owners are not (2 star). My daughter is happy to go to school and learning a lot. The owners are only concerned about making money. Hopefully it changes owners again soon, but keeps the same teachers.
Tim GordonOct 23, 2018It was a horrible daycare I do not recommend it. The "teachers" did a project with my 3 year old son asking how man kids he wants, who he wants to marry, does he want boys or girls, and where he wants to live. Personally I find it inappropriate. They also would tell me he had a good day and put on the paper I need to work with my son at home with his bad behavior. Again I do not recommend it.
tabitha ComasMar 15, 2016My daughters were bullied and the teachers wouldn't do anything. After an incident where my daughter was kicked repeatedly and had red marks my oldest daughter defended her and got punished. The other child did not get in trouble. I requested an investigation after I asked to review the video and the owner not only refused, but also told me she watched the video and it was my kids' fault because they didn't stay on "their side of the room." and the other child was protecting himself. It turns out after the video was reviewed by the proper agency the area where the entire event occurred was not even shown on the video! So the owner not only lied to me she also tried to get little kids in trouble when they did nothing wrong. So thankful I believed my own children over a a business owner that has no problem lying to parents.
