  • We’ve been incredibly happy with our experience at Bambi daycare. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome and confident that our child would be in good hands. The caregivers are warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our child especially enjoys the arts and crafts time and outdoor play. We’ve also seen noticeable improvements in social skills and early learning milestones since starting. Communication is excellent they update us by sharing photos and any concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The facility itself is clean, safe, and well maintained. Overall, we highly recommend Bambi to any parents looking for a trustworthy and caring environment for their little ones.

  • My 4 year old son absolutely loves this daycare. There's 3 playgrounds, large multiple classes, various toys/puzzles, and his teacher Miss Vika is an absolute sweetheart. We were nervous to switch to this daycare few months ago but the transition was a breeze. I am amazed how my son actually wants to go to Bambi! He asks to go to daycare even on days off. I was able to tour this place twice, alone and then again with my son. Both Maya and Maria at the office were very helpful. Phone calls are always answered. Someone is always physically at the front desk or in the office ready to help you. The place is very organized. Food is cooked in-house. My son learned already a lot within these recent few months and I can tell his attitude changed for the better. PS: I only wish this place had an after-school program for kids from surrounding public schools :) I would have taken my eldest daughter here..

  • My two daughters went to this daycare from 2019 to 2021. Friendly and helpful director - Maria. Also special praise to the teachers - in the group "Happy Faces" (Miss Zhenya and her assistant (don't remember her name)), "Early Birds" (Miss Olya and her assistant), and "Little Apples" (Miss Natalya (Antonyuk) and her assistant Natalya). The kindergarten is great, BUT be careful and there are also inadequate teachers, I forgot the name of the group, but I can’t forget miss Mila teacher so quickly. My child told me that she yelled at them often, and scared them with the teacher miss Lisa from the next group, like "I'll call miss Lisa right now, if...", or "I'll give you to miss Lisa now." I don't know Miss Lisa and why they scare the kids with her, but it sounds weird. The child also told me that the teacher called them bad words, for example, she called some boy "kozlisha" / "big goat", and miss Mila also said bad things about his parents. A 3-year-old child is simply not able to come up with such a thing. I hope she doesn't work there anymore.

  • Great daycare, with fresh/daily homemade food, very clean and colorful. The staff are very welcoming, kind and attentive to my child’s needs. I feel safe leaving my child there!

  • All 3 my kids went through this daycare. Teachers are amazing and they run a very organised operation. No complaints other than the stupid mask rules that make no sense and are not backed by scientific research or studies.

  • The best daycare in the area that provides excellent childcare and gets your child ready for kindergarden and school. Amazing and caring teachers, good home cooked food, clean rooms. Our first child attended this daycare for almost 4 years and she enjoyed going there! Our second one started last year. Absolutely the best. Would highly recommend it!

Questions parents ask about BAMBI DAY CARE

Is BAMBI DAY CARE a licensed child care provider in Pennsylvania?

Yes. BAMBI DAY CARE holds Pennsylvania certificate 100129894-0002, listed as "LICENSED" by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning in Philadelphia County. The current certificate runs to October 3, 2026. Confirm current standing at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch before enrolling.

What is BAMBI DAY CARE's Keystone STARS rating?

Pennsylvania rates BAMBI DAY CARE STAR 4, on a scale of one to four where four is highest. That tier took effect on October 19, 2025. Keystone STARS measures programme standards such as staff qualifications and learning environment, not inspection outcomes.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against BAMBI DAY CARE?

No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against BAMBI DAY CARE at the time the record was published. That is a single field in a snapshot, not a full compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. The licensing inspection detail is at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch.

Does BAMBI DAY CARE accept child care subsidy?

Yes. BAMBI DAY CARE holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.

Does this page show inspection results for BAMBI DAY CARE?

No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects BAMBI DAY CARE's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
