I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Grow and Learn Educational Center! When we enrolled our two-year-old son, I was naturally a little nervous because he had never attended daycare or any educational center before. I wanted him to be around other toddlers, learn through play, feel comfortable in a group setting, and develop skills through crafts, puzzles, Lego, Play-Doh, and other activities. In just four to five weeks, I saw an incredible amount of progress. His vocabulary expanded so much, he started using more words and speaking in longer sentences, and he learned many new skills. It was obvious that the teachers put a tremendous amount of time, effort, patience, and care into his development. I also want to mention the food — it’s amazing! My son now eats foods he never used to eat before, including soups, and he always looked forward to his snacks after nap time. What impressed me the most was how comfortable and happy he felt from day one. He never cried during drop-off, even during his first week of transition, and every morning he was excited to go back to daycare. A special thank you to Jane, the administration team, and the accounting department. Everyone is always kind, cheerful, professional, and welcoming. Thank you to Miss Olya, who greets the children every morning with such warmth and positivity. My deepest gratitude goes to the teachers in the Older Toddler Group — Miss Olya, Miss Zina, and Miss Ina. Thank you for your patience, kindness, dedication, and genuine love for the children. You made such a positive impact on my son’s development and daily life. I also love how organized everything is. The staff know the children and parents so well that by the time you sign your child out, they are already preparing them for pickup. It creates such a smooth and caring experience for families. I highly recommend Grow and Learn Educational Center to any parent looking for a truly educational, nurturing, and professional daycare. The care, management, and dedication of this team are exceptional. I honestly wish more childcare centers operated the way Grow and Learn does. Thank you all for everything you do — you are truly amazing!
Nora AGJun 12, 2026Great early start for your child’s life journey. Our son grew up there from age 6. Very experienced staff. We appreciate everything they’ve done. He also attended their drama class that helps him to be confident in the real world. I would not think another second about where my grand kids will go.
AlexAug 22, 2023If, as a parent, you believe that your child should experience all colds, a cough that disrupts normal activity, shortness of breath and wheezing, distracting pain from ear aches and sore throats, and skin rashes, look no further. GLEC is the place for you. My young son has been going there for about 6 months now, and last week had to undergo serious respiratory surgery. Prior to the surgery, he had more than ten doctor visits within this half-year period, compared to just one in the entire 2021! If you want your child always to have new bruises and scratches, take your child to GLEC. No one will report these bruises to CPS, no matter how serious they are. “I will ask my girls, but I am positive they did not notice anything”, said the principal to me after I asked about the obvious bruises. How uncaring can someone be? Some of them don't have any skills, have no previous daycare experience, and don't know how to work with children. They may put ugly stickers on your child’s hands and decorate their nails, believing this develops kids. My son is psychologically depressed and consistently in need of food and water every time when I pick him up from GLEC. In fact, he began to lose weight. Preschools and daycare programs are of great benefit to our society; unfortunately, GLEC employs less than competent people to run their programs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Anut KaAug 23, 2021That’s the best kindergarten ever! We changed three preschools before we found this gem!! Teachers and all employees have become part of the family, because the child spends more time there a week! Delicious food! Summer pool! A lot of sections and educational classes with professional teachers! They will always help / support with advice in education. America can be proud of these wonderful people!
Elena SokolMay 6, 2021One of the best Russian childcare / educational center in the area. Before signing up we looked around and shopped at many and chose this one. It offers the best facilities, education, nutrition and wonderful teachers. My kids have already graduated from it but I would recommend it to any of my friends and family members.

Does Pennsylvania record a negative sanction against GROW AND LEARN EDUCATIONAL CTR LLC?
- No. The state's provider dataset records no negative sanction against GROW AND LEARN EDUCATIONAL CTR LLC at the time the record was published. Does GROW AND LEARN EDUCATIONAL CTR LLC accept child care subsidy?
- Yes. GROW AND LEARN EDUCATIONAL CTR LLC holds a subsidy agreement with the state. The agreement covers these age groups: Infant and toddler, Preschool, School-age. An agreement means the provider can bill the subsidy programme, not that a funded place is free today. Eligibility is decided by your Early Learning Resource Center, Early Learning Resource Center for Region 18.
Does this page show inspection results for GROW AND LEARN EDUCATIONAL CTR LLC?
- No. Pennsylvania completes at least one unannounced inspection a year at every licensed provider, and publishes the results through the provider search at compass.dhs.pa.gov/providersearch. Those results are not included here, and there is no open dataset of them, so nothing on this page reflects GROW AND LEARN EDUCATIONAL CTR LLC's inspection history either way. Look the provider up there and read the licensing inspection record.
