My daughter has attended LHA for 2 1/2 weeks now and I am so pleased with the care she receives! Her teachers are the sweetest girls ever. This facility is very diligent about their communication to parents and their documentation of events. It’s hard to trust people with your littles but seeing my daughter come home happy and playful is the best feeling! They are also very supportive of developmental milestones. Most people don’t take the time to write good reviews but this place deserves it!
Mariah HullJun 17, 2025The staff (certain ones) needs to be re-trained or replaced with more experienced individuals when it comes to children. For example recently, my daughter was terminated from the facility due to their lack of responsibility and communication but of course they are going to place blame on someone other than themselves. They sent my daughter home in boys shorts that were too big for her, wet shoes and wet socks that also did not belong to her, no hat no gloves in 30° weather. No one called and communicated with me and no one called her emergency contacts. When her grandmother and myself addressed the situation, they abandoned us from the facility, terminated my daughter the next day by text message at almost 7 o'clock in the evening, which is also UNPROFESSIONAL. No one apologize to me about what happened, even the head lady that's over the place. I honestly think that their feelings are hurt because someone finally stood up and voiced their opinion. When it comes to my child or anybody other kids, I'm gonna always stand strong on that. The fact that they mopped the floors and allow the kids to run around is also dangerous on their part. They do not know how to communicate unless you make them and I honestly think that they should be investigated, the entire center oh and don't get me started on the incident reports. They failed my daughter and they took her away from her friends all because they did not want to take accountability for what had happened to her. This is exactly why they have a three star rating. .. and to the "OWNER" do better sweetheart and don't address me by a comment. If you want to be grown, you know how to contact me but oh I forgot you sent me junk mail saying I can no longer come on the property anymore. If you can't take the heat replaced yourself with someone who has tougher skin and send my daughter's belongings BACK!
Mariah RocheaMar 7, 2025My child loves going to this daycare, and they treat her amazing, which is why I will not remove them, but if I had a choice in removing them I would. The $10 per day the payment child care payment is late is a rip off, there is no way to defend. At least at other daycare, they only charge a ONE TIME late fee of $15-$20 instead of their business practice. Then when they decide to close their doors because of the holidays, we are in the wrong for telling them they should not charge us for a service they are not providing, because why are we paying for their employees to sit on their butts at home when WE STILL HAVE TO WORK, to pay their tuition. Yeah yeah the business will clap back as it in the contract but you are still ripping people off. How is it fair for us to go to work and find another child care source because you promised a service and will not provide it, and have to pay your tuition plus the extra we have to dish out to another child care source. You’re ripping people off. I am not the only parent that has said this about your company. They only good thing about your company is you treat the kids well and they enjoy going there.
KuroWolfieJan 1, 2025I enrolled my son in April and he went there for about 1.5 months, the whole time I never met any of his teachers, every time I asked to see the teachers the front desk ladies were so rude and always said the teachers were busy. I gave them a notice that I was going to remove my son from there, tell me why they reported me to collection after two weeks and I did not refuse to pay. Anyway that’s the worst place one would have there child at. My son was always sick. But for the new daycare he’s never been sick and it’s been a month in the new daycare.
Nancy MosesAug 19, 2024My children love Little Heroes Academy!! My first child started attending there 8 years ago with a different crew. The transition from old management to new went very smoothly. All issues that we have had throughout have always been addressed and resolved, through communication with the staff and administration. My younger children currently attend and have amazing relationships with their teachers. They are learning each and every day. I would highly recommend Little Heroes they have taken very good care of my children.
Brandi PardueMar 12, 2024This daycare and its wonderful teachers have really fostered a caring and learning-forward environment for my daughter. I feel that she has made so much social progress from being enrolled here and she’s sharp as a tack, which I feel they’ve played a part in. All of the teachers make it evident that they care about her. I feel so comfortable leaving my only baby with them and I’m confident they have a clear line of communication with me about her care and well-being. I also love that they require vaccines and call so quickly if someone is sick or gets hurt. It gives me such peace of mind with my rambunctious child. Thanks for all you do! Love, Nora’s mom
