  • Our family has had a wonderful experience at C-Street! The co-op model is a great way to transition kids into school and you get to witness their social and emotional growth firsthand. The community at C-Street is welcoming and is a great social outlet for kids and parents alike. Tuition is considerably more affordable than the secular half-day alternatives in town. The co-op model does require a decent amount of parental involvement, but I learned some valuable skills in my parent role, and the commitment is a further testament to how involved and engaged the parents are. We plan to come back for our next kid!

  • Our son Louis goes to C-street, and really loves it. The teachers are the best and having an active community of parents has been really important for us as a new family to Charlottesville.

  • We love C-Street! The community, teachers, and curriculum create a unique environment that both enables student development and family connection. The teachers always go above and beyond for all of the students and the school supports families from all walks of life navigate the preschool phase. There isn't a better pre-school deal in town! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

  • We weren't sure how our child would handle preschool, but when we visited C-Street for the first time he was remarkably comfortable right from the beginning. The teachers are wonderful and while the co-op model won't work for every family, it's been great for us.
